Le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 LRTM permet d&rsquo;augmenter la productivit\u00e9, de r\u00e9duire les \u00e9missions et d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 par rapport \u00e0 la stratification humide traditionnelle. Il est essentiel de comprendre la th\u00e9orie scientifique qui sous-tend ce processus et ses implications pratiques pour r\u00e9ussir \u00e0 produire des pi\u00e8ces.<\/p>\n<p>Ce webinaire donnera une vue d&rsquo;ensemble du processus LRTM, en fournissant des instructions \u00e9tape par \u00e9tape et en discutant des th\u00e9ories scientifiques associ\u00e9es. La pr\u00e9sentation abordera \u00e9galement la mani\u00e8re dont les choix de conception affectent les param\u00e8tres de traitement et la qualit\u00e9 finale des pi\u00e8ces. Il comprendra des informations sur la conception et la s\u00e9lection des mat\u00e9riaux, la g\u00e9om\u00e9trie et l&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur des pi\u00e8ces et la conception de l&rsquo;outillage.<\/p>\n<p>La pr\u00e9sentation abordera \u00e9galement la question de la qualit\u00e9 et du d\u00e9pannage du processus LRTM. La discussion montrera comment les choix effectu\u00e9s pendant les phases de conception et de fabrication peuvent r\u00e9duire la probabilit\u00e9 de probl\u00e8mes de qualit\u00e9.
