L&rsquo;AM offre de nombreux avantages et stimule l&rsquo;innovation gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la libert\u00e9 de conception, \u00e0 la fiabilit\u00e9 et \u00e0 la rentabilit\u00e9. Il permet la fabrication rapide et sans outil de mat\u00e9riaux et de structures composites performants, multifonctionnels, l\u00e9gers et durables. L&rsquo;AM des composites permet de cr\u00e9er des pi\u00e8ces dont la forme est complexe et qui pr\u00e9sentent une r\u00e9sistance et une rigidit\u00e9 sp\u00e9cifiques \u00e9lev\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Ce webinaire pr\u00e9sente une introduction aux technologies d&rsquo;AM en mettant l&rsquo;accent sur les processus d&rsquo;impression 3D par extrusion de mat\u00e9riaux pour les composites thermoplastiques renforc\u00e9s par des fibres de carbone courtes (par exemple, hach\u00e9es) et continues. Les trois principaux proc\u00e9d\u00e9s d&rsquo;impression 3D bas\u00e9s sur l&rsquo;extrusion de mat\u00e9riaux sont la fabrication par filament fusionn\u00e9 (FFF), la fabrication par granul\u00e9s fusionn\u00e9s (FGF) et la fabrication par fibres continues (CFF). Pour chaque processus, quelques exemples d&rsquo;imprimantes 3D commerciales et industrielles ainsi que leurs principales caract\u00e9ristiques et limitations sont mentionn\u00e9s. Des m\u00e9thodes d&rsquo;AM plus avanc\u00e9es sont introduites, notamment l&rsquo;impression non planaire, la fabrication \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle, la productivit\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9e et l&rsquo;impression multimat\u00e9riaux. Deux \u00e9tudes de cas sont d\u00e9crites en mettant l&rsquo;accent sur les composants de l&rsquo;imprimante, les probl\u00e8mes de traitement et certaines solutions \u00e9tudi\u00e9es jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent.
