Les renforts fibreux couramment utilis\u00e9s tels que la fibre de carbone, la fibre de verre et la fibre d&rsquo;aramide (Kevlar) seront abord\u00e9es. Les mat\u00e9riaux \u00e0 matrice polym\u00e8re couramment utilis\u00e9s tels que l&rsquo;\u00e9poxy, le polyester et le PEEK seront abord\u00e9s. Les mat\u00e9riaux thermodurcissables et thermoplastiques seront discut\u00e9s. C\u2019est la forme de mat\u00e9riau la plus utilis\u00e9e en a\u00e9rospatiale. Les proc\u00e9d\u00e9s courants incluent l&rsquo;infusion sous vide (moulage par transfert de r\u00e9sine assist\u00e9 par vide (VARTM)), le moulage par transfert de r\u00e9sine (RTM) et le moulage par transfert de r\u00e9sine l\u00e9ger (LRTM). Cette session pr\u00e9sentera les diff\u00e9rences fondamentales entre les proc\u00e9d\u00e9s susmentionn\u00e9s, et les contextes dans lesquels ces proc\u00e9d\u00e9s sont applicables. Nous allons introduire et d\u00e9finir un pli, couche unique d\u2019un mat\u00e9riau composite. Ensuite, nous passerons \u00e0 la micro-m\u00e9canique, utilis\u00e9e pour pr\u00e9dire les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques de base. Des th\u00e9ories sur l&rsquo;analyse des contraintes et de la rupture seront introduites.
